Medical Doctors, Dieticians Other Nutrition Experts to Trust with Your Health
Every one of the health experts listed below advocates a low-fat, whole foods plant-based diet for optimal health and wellness for the entire family. The same plant-based diet is advocated and scientifically documented to prevent and/or reverse a wide array of chronic diseases including obesity, heart disease, cancer, diabetes, stroke, reproductive disorders, autoimmune diseases and many more. I recommend visiting their websites, reading their books and articles, listening to their audio books and viewing their DVDs. This is by no means a complete list. There are more practitioners advocating a plant-based diet. I’ve simply selected those with whom I’m most familiar and those who have websites with lots of great information.
