“Emily Webber surpassed all my expectations as a master vegan cook and teacher.   When the cooking class I signed up for was cancelled, her “Vegetarian Grilling – Moroccan Flavors” class was the only other Vegetarian class on offer.  I don’t even own a grill!  Despite all that, not only were her recipes delicious, she surprised me by providing suggestions for alternative gluten free ingredients, as well as a method for ‘grilling’ without a grill!  Ever since, I’ve been a perpetual fan of her recipes and teaching.  I’ve signed up for every class that I could with her – A Very Vegetarian Thanksgiving, A Very Vegetarian Holiday Feast, Soulful Vegan Soups, and the Cancer Project series.  As an aspiring vegan, it has been refreshing to have a knowledgeable teacher offer classes that are completely plant-based.  She offers her students a range of knowledge from knife skills to nutritional information.  On top of all of that, she is personable and genuine.  I highly recommend her to anyone looking to expand their cooking repertoire and learn more about healthy eating.  Maybe you’ll become a fan too!”

“I attended the Food for life Nutrition and Cooking class sponsored by the Cancer Project, and taught by Emily Webber.  I found her to be a woman who has a passion for cooking and health.  This is a very rare combination.  I watched her blend these passions into a wonderful informative class.  Emily brought to the class her expertise as well as her warm caring nature.  I am excited to learn that she is also teaching other classes promoting healthy kids.  When time permits you will find me in another one of her classes.”

“Emily’s class taught me that eating healthy does not have to be boring or hard.  I learned amazing recipes that have become a staple at my table.  Thank you Emily!”
