Welcome!  My name is Emily Webber.  I’m a Food for Life Nutrition & Cooking Instructor for The Cancer Project, a Program of The Physician’s Committee for Responsible Medicine (PCRM) and I’d like to empower you to make food choices that will promote wellness and help you achieve your optimal weight.

A low-fat, whole foods, plant-based diet has been shown effective in the prevention and treatment of diabetes, cancer, heart disease, reproductive disorders and many autoimmune diseases including lupus and MS.  Not only that, you’ll lose weight naturally and easily while eating fresh, delicious foods.  You’ll look healthy, feel healthy and be healthy!

Emily Webber is a Sacramento-based Nutrition and Cooking Instructor specializing in delicious, low-fat, purely plant-based whole foods.  Emily’s style is easy and casual; dishes are simple – never fussy or over-complicated.  Focusing on fresh, local, seasonal organic produce, Emily’s excitement for healthy food is contagious.
